Specialty Training

The A.B. CDL Driver Training Center has added Specialty Training to the list of CDL Courses available. Specialty Training consists of 40 hours of training specific to a skill needed to operate a certain type of equipment. This course will cover a certain type of vehicle such as a roll-off for example. You can train on a 50-ton low-bed, 48 foot flat-bed or box and even dump trailers. You can even train on LCV's(Longer Combination Vehicles) better known as Doubles. This training covers the actual operation of the specific type of vehicle or trailer and prepares the student for employment in a specialized field. Package deals are available for training on all of the trailers or even multiple vehicles.
